I overheard a few parents talking about this amazing clock that they purchased that helps to tell their when it is night time and when it is morning and they can get up. The idea behind the clock is simply that, should your child have the habit or occasion where they wake and want to get up, they can look at the Tot Clock or Children Sleep Training Clock and the picture will tell them if it is still night time or morning.
There are various versions of the clocks and basically, you just have to find the one that you like the look of and at a great price.
I think that these clocks are amazing.
There are various places and styles of clocks so I will list a few places for you here so you look into them and check out which one you might like.
You can find the clocks on EBay quite often so keep your eyes peeled for deal there.

A new Dreamworks movie How To Train Your Dragon is coming to theaters this Friday March 26th, 2010. I am so excited about this movie coming out. I love Dreamworks movies. They always make awesome movies that both my children and myself love and watch over and over again.
How To Train Your Dragon is coming out in 3D. Check out the trailer. It looks amazing.

I received this version of a fairy tale in my email today and I thought that I would share it with everyone so we all can have a laugh today.
While searching through one of my favorite online website, yes Crayola, I noticed that they have Play Sand. Their sand is not just any old play sand though! It comes in COLORS. It looks like it comes in blue, green, pink and purple. I love it.
The Crayola Play Sand is distributed by n2M Group Innovative Product Design & Distribution.
Apparently Crayola Play Sand is already available in the USA and has been for a few years. If you are in the USA you should be able to find Crayola Play Sand in Walmart and Toys R Us. If you are in Canada like me, well it is not here......YET! I called the n2M Group today and within five minutes I had a call back from one of their representatives. I was told that the Crayola Play Sand should be available at Toys R Us in Canada this summer. I cannot wait.
The representative from n2M Group told me she would call me back in about six weeks and update me on their status for distribution to Canada and which Toys R Us will carry it. So come back and I will update you as soon as I get more info.
All the reviews I have read about the Crayola Play Sand state that the color does not transfer onto clothes or skin. I also read a lot of reviews that state that the sand is one of the safest sands out there. I am not an expert in this though, so make sure you do your own research. Parent's concerns around play sand usually have to do with asbestos and other fine particles that are found within the sand and can harm a child's developing lungs. So as with anything else, make sure you do your own research and are happy with the product before you let your kids use it.
And remember, get a sandbox with a lid to keep the animals out of it. Here is the one we have and love.
Anytime I find a product I love, I feel the need to share it with everyone. And yes, I have found another product worth mentioning. The product is called Remarkables and it is by Senario.
So what is Remarkables? It is a product, be it a mat or a coloring book that you can color, wash off and color again. It is truly remarkable!
I recently purchased a Remarkable product from our local Costco here in Canada. What I was able to find at Costco was the Remarkables coloring books in very popular themes such as My Little Pony, Tinkerbell and Cars. The washable coloring book comes with 5 of its own washable markers.
I have to admit that I was skeptical at first as to just how washable the coloring book would be, but I am telling you that it is so far for us, completely washable. After every coloring session my daughter has with her My Little Pony Remarkable book, I wash it up and it comes as clean as the first day I purchased the book for her. Not a drop of color is left on the pages. It also dries extremely fast. I am very happy with the Remarkables product.
I did contact the company, Senario by email to tell them how pleased I was about the product and to ask where I could purchase additional Remarkables markers. I assumed that I had to have the special markers to work with their book. I received a response back from a Senario Customer Service representative within an hour of sending my email. I was very pleased to be told that any washable marker could be used on the Remarkables products. So we tried the next coloring session out with Crayola washable markers. They worked just the same as the Remarkables markers. I cleaned the book up and it was as good as new again.
Senario was very kind to me in their response. I had asked about where else in Canada that I could purchase more of their products. I was told Costco is the only place right now, but that come the fall 2010 their products should be available at Walmart and Canadian Tire. So if you are interested in finding the Remarkables product line, you have three places to try and check out.
I know that I am going back to Costco to purchase the Tinkerbell Remarkables book for my daughter. It is better than having traditional coloring books.
Everyone always thinks to send a letter from Santa Claus, but did you know that you can order a letter from the Easter Bunny?!
I have already ordered my letters from the Easter Bunny. Most places tell you that the last day to order to ensure delivery is March 22nd. So If you are going to order one, I recommend that you get it order sooner than later.
There are a lot of companies out there that you can order letters from. I now use the same site where I get my Santa Letters from. I really love their pricing and the options available. You can get more than just a letter, you can get a keepsake for your children.
